"The lead trainer Ray McKiernan has designed and delivered specialist train the trainer programmes to the Defence Forces Personnel Support Department, Our Lady’s Hospice Occupational Therapy Department, and has delivered specialist competency training in managing stress to senior medical teams in Oncology.
