It is an illustrated and easy-to-use guide through the Nurturing Programme which is provided by Family Links, a UK based charity that promotes loving, kind relationships within families, schools, communities and prisons.

The book encourages parents and carers to enjoy bringing up children and get the best out of family life. It helps us understand how emotions influence our actions, and offers many positive, practical ways of guiding children so they learn to handle both their feelings and their behaviour. The book suggests ways of helping us feel good boosting self esteem in ourselves and in our children.

As parents, we're all doing the best we know how; that isn't necessarily the best there is. Raising children can be puzzling at time, but puzzles have solutions and The Parenting Puzzle provides them.
